I love this place! The drinks are not over priced and made well every single time. I've been coming here for yeeeeears. The owner is super friendly and kind to customers, always puts a smile on my face when I walk in. The staff seems young (I'm assuming they're college students) it's by CSUN, there are typically always students inside, so they stay open pretty late.

I absolutely love this place. Have fun flavors and mixed of drinks. The staff is always nice and the lounge is nice and clean. I love the fruity tea lovers out there, I suggest "ultimate tropic" and if you aren't a fan of sweet like me get a level 2 or 3 on the sweetness!
Really good boba and I always come here for Coco Me Mango and Oolong nectar. I like the boba and different choices.

Pretty generous with the toppings. I really like the wide variety of drinks that is offered. I have tried a few different ones and I'd say overall they are all a solid 8-8.5/10 rating.
Customizing the drink is available with non dairy options and sweetness level.
Sometimes there is a line that can go past the store entrance/exit, but they tend to make the drink in a timely manner.
Parking can be tricky since it is in a busy plaza.
So, I had two different drinks and neither disappointed. The patience and service was also stellar! It's a cool little vibe.
